Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (also the End User License Agreement, or EULA) govern your use of the Hinahon mobile application and any related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Round Table ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading or using Hinahon, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Acceptance of terms

By installing or accessing Hinahon, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and that you accept these Terms. If you are using Hinahon on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of service

Hinahon is an AI-powered mobile application for sales and customer-service call practice. The Service lets you conduct voice role-play calls against AI personas, receive on-device delivery scores, and get AI-generated coaching notes after each call. Hinahon is a training tool. It is not a real telephone service, and calls made inside the app do not connect to real people.

Features and availability may change over time. We may update, add, or remove features without advance notice, though we will try not to remove features in a way that materially degrades your paid access during an active subscription period.

3. Accounts

Some features require you to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hinahon@wsbroundtable.com if you suspect unauthorized access. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscriptions and auto-renewal

Hinahon offers auto-renewable subscriptions (currently Monthly Practice and Business Monthly) purchased through Apple's App Store. Key terms for all auto-renewable subscriptions:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at the time of purchase confirmation.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• Renewal charges are made within 24 hours of the end of the current period at the same price as the original purchase, unless pricing has changed and you have been notified.
• To manage or cancel a subscription, go to your Apple ID account settings (Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions on your iPhone). Cancelling through the app or by emailing us is not sufficient.
• No refund is issued for any unused portion of the current subscription period after cancellation, except where required by applicable law.
• Free trial periods, if offered, automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless cancelled before the trial ends.

5. In-app purchases (consumable and non-renewing)

Hinahon also offers one-time call packs (consumable in-app purchases) and non-renewing business retainer packs. These are purchased through the App Store and processed by Apple.

• Consumable packs (e.g., Starter Pack, Pro Pack) are single-use and are consumed as you use your allotted calls. They do not expire, but they are tied to your account and cannot be transferred.
• Non-renewing packs (Business Retainer) are valid for the stated window and do not auto-renew.
• All purchases are final. Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's refund policies.

Apple is the merchant of record for all in-app purchases. Questions about billing should be directed to Apple Support.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Hinahon to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or to accounts of other users.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app except as permitted by applicable law.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or other tools to access the Service in a way that places undue load on our infrastructure.
• Use the Service for any purpose other than call practice and training.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of this section without notice.

7. AI-generated content disclaimer

The personas, dialogue, scoring, and coaching notes in Hinahon are generated by artificial intelligence (primarily Anthropic Claude, Deepgram, and Cartesia). AI-generated content is provided for training and practice purposes only.

• Persona responses are simulations. They do not represent real people, companies, or events.
• Coaching notes and scores reflect AI analysis of your call transcript. They are not professional sales coaching, legal advice, medical advice, or career advice. They should not be treated as such.
• AI systems can make mistakes. We do not warrant that scores or coaching will be accurate, complete, or appropriate for your specific situation.
• We are not responsible for decisions you make based on AI-generated content.

8. Third-party processors

Delivering the Service requires us to share certain data with third-party processors. Each is bound by its own data processing terms:

• Anthropic -- persona dialogue, post-call scoring, and coaching notes via Claude API.
• Deepgram -- real-time speech-to-text for call transcription.
• Cartesia -- text-to-speech for AI persona voices.
• Adapty -- in-app purchase management and entitlement tracking.
• Supabase -- authentication and database hosting (United States).

9. Intellectual property

The Hinahon app, its design, branding, and all content created by Round Table are our property. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for its intended purpose. You do not acquire any ownership interest in the app.

Content you generate inside the app (your voice input, your call sessions) remains yours. By using the Service you grant us a limited license to process that content solely to deliver the Service to you (scoring, coaching, history display).

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Hinahon is a practice tool. We make no guarantee that using it will improve your real-world call performance, close more sales, or advance your career.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Round Table and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months prior to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or liability for certain types of damages. If those laws apply to you, some of the above limitations may not apply.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If the changes are material, we will try to provide advance notice via email or an in-app notification.
