Hinahon is an AI-powered mobile app for sales and customer-service call practice. This policy explains what data the app collects, how it is used, and your rights as a user. We wrote it to be readable, not to bury anything.
What we collect and why
- Email address and user ID — collected at sign-up via Supabase Auth to create and manage your account. Linked to your identity. Used for login and account recovery only.
- Purchase history — managed by Adapty (our in-app purchase layer) to track which call packs or subscriptions are active on your account. Linked to your user ID. Never shared with advertisers.
- Audio data (microphone) — your voice is streamed to Deepgram in real time for speech-to-text during a call. Audio is processed and immediately discarded. No audio recordings are stored on our servers.
- Call transcripts — the text of each practice call is stored in our Supabase database, linked to your user ID. Transcripts are used to generate your post-call score and coaching notes via Anthropic Claude. You can see your full history in the app, and you can delete it at any time by deleting your account.
What we do not collect
- We do not collect advertising identifiers (IDFA) or track you across other apps or websites.
- We do not collect crash logs or analytics telemetry in this version of the app.
- We do not collect precise location, contacts, photos, or any data unrelated to call practice.
AI processors and third-party services
Hinahon uses the following processors to deliver its core features. Each is bound by its own data processing agreement:
- Anthropic Claude — persona dialogue, post-call scoring, and coaching notes. Transcripts are sent to Anthropic's API and governed by Anthropic's usage policies.
- Deepgram — real-time speech-to-text. Audio is streamed and not retained after transcription.
- Cartesia — text-to-speech for AI persona voices.
- Vapi — WebRTC call orchestration layer that connects the app to the AI voice pipeline.
- Adapty — in-app purchase management and entitlement enforcement.
- Supabase — authentication, database (transcripts, account data), hosted in the United States.
We do not sell data to any of these vendors or to any third party. We do not run third-party ads.
Data retention
Your account data and call transcripts are kept as long as your account is active. When you delete your account (available in-app under Account Settings), all stored data including transcripts is permanently removed. You can also email hinahon@wsbroundtable.com to request deletion.
Children
Hinahon is a professional training tool intended for adults. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, email hinahon@wsbroundtable.com.
Security
All data in transit uses HTTPS/TLS. Supabase data at rest is encrypted. We use row-level security so your data is only accessible to your own account.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and notify you via email or an in-app notice.
